A RiseUp bath lift uses a straightforward belt mechanism to gently lower you into the bath and lift you out again when you’re done. How it works...
The unit sits on the side of your bath, flat against the wall. The belt lies taut across the top of your bath and you simply get into your bath and sit on the belt.
Once you’re ready you press the button and the unit lowers you into your bath by slowly feeding more of the belt out of the unit.
And that’s it – the belt remains underneath you while you soak and when you’re ready to get out, press the other button and the belt will lift you back up.
Installation
The unit sits flat against your wall above your existing bath. It fits most bathrooms, but we get a surveyor to give your wall the once over just to be sure. As it’s battery operated, there are no fiddly electronics to worry about and we can usually get you one fitted within a few days.
